The Compact and Fanless Embedded Solution

Developers and designers of embedded systems, e.g. for image processing, real-time automation or robotics, are not only interested in the performance of the CPU board, but also in its small footprint, simple heat management and long-term availability.

The 3.5" board series LE-37M is the suitable basis for such embedded systems. The integrated Intel® Core™ i5/i7 Coffee Lake-H processors are not only powerful and particularly power-saving, but also compact and available for more than 15 years.

Depending on the field of application, various features of this modern processor generation come into their own. For real-time automation applications, the Core i7 variant reserves one of six cores for real-time processing.

Image processing solutions are particularly supported by the integrated Intel® UHD Graphics. This graphics processor offers 24 execution units (EUs) that are clocked at up to 1150 MHz.

The compact boards (146 x 101 mm) together with their sophisticated thermal management make it possible to build a space-saving and fanless embedded system. All heat-generating components are arranged on the underside of the board, which allows the housing to be used for heat dissipation.

An mPCIe slot with mSATA support and M.2 E-Key slot for WLAN or Bluetooth modules are available for individual extensions. Triple display solutions are possible via HDMI, LVDS, VGA and, depending on model, via display port or second VGA or LVDS port. Developers and designers are also pleased with the large wide-range voltage input of 9-35VDC and the operating temperature of 0°C to 60°C.
