The requirements for a robust monitor in an industrial environment can vary greatly. The tasks range from pure visualization to multi-touch operation. Many different application scenarios are possible within a facility at the same time. The work of the supplier is made considerably easier if he receives the perfect solution for every requirement from a single source. This gives them a consistent design and allows them to optimize costs through application-specific selection.
With the Spectra PowerTwin M series we offer a large family of industrial monitors. You have the choice of display size, touch screen type and brightness.
Our industrial monitors are available in sizes from 8.4" to 21" and in a 4:3 or 16:9 widescreen resolution. The user can choose between a resistive or capacitive touch screen. Model without touch are also available. These are used where no manipulation is required or where incorrect handling by the touch is to be avoided and other operating elements are deliberately used. The pure monitor variant without touch offers a price advantage of up to 15% compared to the touch screen variants.
Bright sun-readable versions are available for use in particularly unfavourable lighting conditions, such as direct sunlight.
Thanks to the VESA mounting preparation, the monitors can be easily mounted on a support arm or stand, but are also suitable for panel mounting. With their flat design, the monitors meet the requirements of protection class IP65 on the front. The DC input voltage range goes from 9 to 48 volts.
The Spectra PowerTwin M series are modular industrial monitors. Instead of the usual all-in-one approach, the two main components - the display and the system unit (monitor module) - are designed as independent logical units. By replacing the system unit with a PC module, simple conversion to a Panel PC is possible.
