For a long time, "Windows Professional" was the version for the classic small and medium-sized company, as the "Enterprise Version" was only available through corresponding larger contracts. For many companies this was often too complex in addition to the additional costs, and many functions of the "Enterprise Version" were not even needed. In the meantime, Microsoft has further changed the range of functions of Windows 10 Professional and simplified the licensing model of Windows 10 Enterprise, so that Windows 10 Enterprise is now interesting for all companies.
