With the Media Converter IXT-705AT, Spectra offers an industrial network component that offers a whole range of advantages.
On the one hand, speeds of 10G on both the copper cable and fiber optic side guarantee the transmission of large data volumes at high speed. On the other hand, the SFP port offers the possibility of using single mode or multi mode fiber optic cables suitable for the application. In single mode, distances of up to 10 km can be covered.
In addition, fiber optics offer another advantage, since light is not affected by electrical or magnetic interference, data transmission is also safe in the immediate vicinity of power lines or other sources of electromagnetic interference.
The IXT-705AT works with voltages from 12 to 48V DC. The robust metal housing (for wall or DIN rail mounting) and the operating temperature from -40°C to +75°C are ideal for industrial environments.
