The new 2.5" SATA and mSATA SSD of the T376 series offer you extensive functions for secure data storage and are characterized by high speed and large capacity. The increase of speed and capacity is achieved by the used 3D NAND technology. Thus, storage capacities of up to 2 TB are possible with the T376 series.

In addition, fast write operations are supported by the intelligent SLC caching function.

An essential feature is the Powerguard function, which protects against data loss in the event of a sudden power failure by storing the boot files from the controller in the flash memory. This memory in turn is equipped with tantalum capacitors that store additional charges during operation, thus providing "emergency operation".

Additional data security is provided by a sophisticated "end-to-end data protection" function, which detects possible errors in the data path and corrects them immediately. The included Flash Monitor software allows monitoring of the SSD state in real time and thus enables a timely reaction to errors. A high MTBF of 2,000,000 hours is another safety factor.

The operating temperature of the T376 SSD series normally ranges from 0°C to 70°C and in the extended range from -40°C to 85°C.
